Jonathan A. Guevara, was born and raised in South West Houston, Texas (Alief). Both mother and father are from El Salvador and immigrated to the U.S. in search of a prosperous future. With each parent working 2 jobs daily, Jon was forced from childhood to understand the values of life.

Growing up, Jon witnessed how friends and family were falling victim to a corrupt system. He started expressing himself, writing lyrics based on experiences witnessed through life. This same passion influenced Jon to study and learn the music industry. In 2004, he founded “Latin Touch Records” signing himself as the first recording artist under the label. With little to no experience, in a business that was ready to eat him alive, Jon ventured and explored. Through trial and errors, books, tutorials, and research, Jon learned how to write songs, produce music, engineer (record, mix, and master) sound, publish records, graphic design, videography, photography, and EVERYTHING in between and around running a record label. Since his first project in 2008, Jon has released 5 projects.

With his positive lyrics, love for his culture, dedication witnessed and his faith for God, Jon Guevara is more than ready to share to the rest of the world, that music is his dream.
