Dortmund 95 is the last single to be taken from Mallorca's debut album XL The album has enjoyed staggering support from just about every DJ worth his salt and Dortmund 95 is one of the tracks they have been talking about.

The inspiration came from the Mayday Raves in Dortmund, Germany circa 1995. Mallorca has captured the soaring German bass driven melodies and angelic stabs but brought them bang up to todays production values, with tough shuffled beats and intense build ups and drops.

On remix duties - Diablik and Oyaebu. An exciting new collaboration from Ukraine and Moscow who produced this remix after Mallorca signed "Its Just Noise" from the lads which is due out on MLXL early 2011..

Diablik and Oyaebu bring Dortmund 95 right down to its dirty basics with pounding bass kicks and dark melodies. This is nasty !!!
