DJ Simox a.k.a. SMX DJ has been DJing in clubs since he was 17, and was introduced to his first gig at the Palladium through his friendship with DJ and producer Marco Vortex. Since then he's gone on to play many other venues, such as Hollywood, Butterfly and Cellophane. In 2009 he had his first release The Hardest Heart First on Smashing Tunes Records (IT) then reworked in 2010 for Armabass Records (FR). He has also produced for Reverse Bass Records, Overdose Digital, Harderstyles Records and Reverse Bass Forces (UK) making early Hardstyle with the nickname of SMX DJ.
