Red Herring comprises of four exceptional young musicians with music sensibilities way beyond their years!

School Days: Red Herring welcomed Syd Burnham in the winter of 2016. Syd has brought her gifted rock vocals and energy to the band, adding a whole new vibe. Syd attends Brighton High School and has for a number of years been performing around the state as a solo artist and with her own band, The Syd Burnham Band. Syd's original melodies and lyrics are the perfect compliment to the band's original music. Max Beardsley attends Milford High School and is active in Wind Ensemble, Jazz Band and the Marching Band when not providing the thundering bass driving Red Herring. Aaron Lomasney attends Rochester Adams High School and is active in music programs at Oakland University and is one of the veterans at Rochester School of Rock. He plays guitar with the soul of all the guitar gods combined. Josh Pajak attends Troy High School and is a member of the Symphonic Band and the Marching Band and also a veteran at School of Rock. He pounds out the percussion and is one of the most respected teenage drummers in Michigan. Together with Max, they propel the band's rhythm section.
