I love Christmas. I love kids. I love kids singing Christmas songs. But the kids should be able to at least carry a tune. This collection features a assortment of children who can't stay on key even with a musical accompaniment. Instead of feeling the joy and happiness of the season, I end up seriously annoyed when I hear this CD--I bought it for my kids last Christmas and it definitely hasn't improved with age. My husband says it sounds like someone wanted to create a vehicle for their young relatives and the neighborhood kids to shine. Too bad, because the song selection is wonderful.
