I (Nate.) am a 20 year old artist currently living in Glen Burnie, MD. Born in Woodbridge VA, I grew up listening to a wide range of music from early 80’s and 90’s hip-hop, to gospel and R&B. I was always making or playing music in some way, shape, or form. From the piano, to the drum set, to the microphone, I first started rapping when I was in 8th grade after being bullied most of my school years and dealing with personal issues at home. During this time, I found music to be a way of expressing my feelings and a way out from the chaos erupting around me. During my high school years, my family and I began to grow our relationship with God, but during my senior year, I began to stray. After attending a camp last Summer, I got back on track with God and understood that other people have been through what I had and realized that me feeling alone in life sometimes was a normal feeling. From this point, my mission was to let others know that they are not alone and it is okay to struggle. Most importantly, I hope that by showing my life, I can help show others that there is a way out, and my way out was God.
