The James Taylor Quartet rode the British late-Eighties/early-Nineties acid-jazz wave to find well-deserved fame alongside the likes of the Brand New Heavies – and, like that band, are still very much around today. The collection here takes you back over their early years showcasing their greatest tracks such as ‘Keep On Moving’ and ‘Mission Impossible’; also included is a fine live cover of Booker T. and the M.G.s ‘Green Onions’.
